Primary care registration management Directions 2018
Directions given by NHS England requiring NHS Digital to establish and operate a system for the collection to be known as the Primary care registration management information system.
Purpose
To establish and operate a system for the collection and analysis of general practice registration and services data from relevant organisations.
Legal basis
Sections 254(1), (3), (6) and (7), 260(2)(d) and 262(3)(a), of the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
The Directions came into force on 01 March 2018.
