What you can find out

This report contains findings from the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF) England including

charts and tables from mental health data providers which have provided services to the residents of the selected CASSR
monthly scores for the 1f proportion of adults in contact with secondary mental health services in paid employment and 1h proportion of adults with learning disabilities who live in their own home or with their family
