How we use the information (processing activities) | To get a user account to access the system, users need to submit their name, email address, organisation and phone number during registration. This can be via email, telephone or when specific points of contact are being updated. Their registration to EFM allows them to submit data, view and run reports for a range of different Estates and Facilities related data collections, including Estates Return Information Collection (ERIC), Patient-led assessments of the care environment (PLACE) and the Surplus Land Collection. Internet Protocol (IP) address information and website cookies are captured as part of the functioning of the system, to ensure it delivers the correct functionality for the individual user. |
