NHS Digital collects information from users of NHS Digital’s products and services to: (a) understand our users, their needs, and the context they operate in better (b) to obtain feedback about our services and products, and (c) to inform future service changes and advise product roadmaps. Obtaining this feedback therefore enables NHS Digital to provide a better service to the health and care system in England.
