Measures from the Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework, England 2019-20
Official statistics
Summary
The Adult Social Care Outcomes Framework (ASCOF) measures how well care and support services achieve the outcomes that matter most to people. The ASCOF is used both locally and nationally to set priorities for care and support, measure progress and strengthen transparency and accountability.
This report focuses on the main findings for each measure in the ASCOF in 2019-20. Data are provided at council, regional and national level for each outcome.
The 2019-20 ASCOF report gives a summary of the measures in the framework. The report is complemented by an interactive Power BI report, which allows users to explore the data further. The raw data used in the report are available in the accompanying csv file.
Please note: An error was found in the 2018-19 England, council type and regional data for indicator 3D2. The affected data files have been corrected in June 2021.
