This indicator measures the weighted percentage of people who report their experience of making a GP appointment as ‘fairly good’ or ‘very good’.
This indicator aims to capture the experience of patients of accessing GP services.
Some different patterns have been observed in the 2020/21 GP Patient Survey (GPPS) data which are likely to have been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Statistics from this period should also be interpreted with care.
