88,953 people had Personal Health Budgets at the end of Quarter 3 2019-20

An increase of 17,963 on Quarter 2 2019-20 and 48,609 compared to the same quarter in the previous year (Q3 2018-19)

19,560 Personal Health Budgets from Adult NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) at the end of Quarter 3 2019-20

An increase of 3,372 on Q2 2019-20 and 9,229 compared to the same quarter in the previous year (Q3 2018-19)

60.2% of the total Personal Health Budgets were delivered as a notional budget

34.1% delivered as a direct payment and 5.7% delivered as a third party budget.
