This publication was previously reported at CCG level but these organisations were statutorily abolished on the 1 July 2022, and from this point all statutory obligations are managed by Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). A transition phase has been implemented from 1 July 2022 during which the 106 Organisation Data Service (ODS) codes that identified CCGs will be temporarily retained, but the names will be changed to identify the ‘Sub ICB Location’.

This publication provides Management Information (MI) for Integrated Care Boards (ICB) in England who submitted data on Personal Health Budgets (PHB) for Quarter 3 2022-23 (October - December 2022).
By the end of Quarter 3 2022-23 (December 2022) just over 144,500 people had received Personal Health Budgets in England.
