The SNOMED code for 755301000000102 [Paranoid state in remission (disorder)] was incorrectly included in the MH_COD cluster instead of the MH_REM cluster for the Q2 and Q3 GPES extract.

As a result of this the SMI cohort included in the Q2 and Q3 extract includes a small number of individuals with this erroneous code recorded. This will be corrected for the next quarterly publication.
