Liz Gaffney
Liz is the service owner for the NHS England Secure Data Environment
Liz has worked on numerous digital delivery programmes and organisational changes in the NHS since 2005. In 2019 she became the head of the Data Access Request Service, and she is now the service owner for the NHS England Secure Data Environment (SDE). Her team ensures the SDE service supports approved users with secure access to data.
