Richard McEwan

Richard is the Lead Technical Architect at NHS Digital, responsible for architecture of our products and applications, whether citizen or staff facing. He has worked across a number of major NHS programmes over the last 13 years, including the deployment of solutions into the acute and primary care settings. Richard’s big focus over this time has been pushing forward interoperability to ensure services can exchange data in a safe and secure manner, such as GP Connect.
