Joe is the Deputy Director of Cohorting and Messaging. He works across NHS England leading the initiative to shift patient messaging from analogue to digital and supporting the change across the NHS.

Joe also leads Cohorting as a Service, which supports patient identification for vaccination and screening services.

With over 10 years’ experience, he has delivered complex digital transformations at the Home Office, run Fintech Cloud Migrations and supported the pandemic digital response.
