Download a report

This function can by used by admin and clinical users. It allows you to download the Lloyd George record summary report to your computer. It will save the file in your downloads folder.  

The report contains: 

• the number of Lloyd George records stored in this service for your organisation 

• a list of the NHS numbers for the records stored for your organisation 

The report area can be found by selecting Download a report on the home page

This will take you to a page where you can download the Lloyd George summary report as a CSV, Excel or PDF file. 

Error messages when downloading the Lloyd George summary report 

If there are no Lloyd George records stored in the service for your practice, you will see the following error message. 

This could be because: 

1. You don’t have any patients with Lloyd George records stored in the service at the moment. You may not have received patients who moved from practices involved in the service roll out. 

2. Your records are in the process of being transferred into the NDR but are not available yet.
