Service maintenance and planned downtime
The service will be unavailable whilst we carry out our regular service updates. This happens every fortnight on a Wednesday between 5pm and 5:30pm. This time has been chosen to minimise disruption to the ability of practices to access records.
If you try to access the service during this time, you’ll see the error message 'This site can’t be reached'.
We regularly review our service reports and communications, and welcome your feedback to make them better. If you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve this guidance, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
