We need to manage this as a product (end to end) and not as a project. It is therefore essential we have business owners or commissioners committed to this change.
This will require ongoing commitment from a representative who is able to provide necessary information on the use case, make decisions and actively support the project as part of task and finish groups. Include their name and contact details.

We need to understand the suppliers involved in the beta and wider business transformation. So we can holistically look at any blockers, priorities that other areas of the NHS have with these suppliers. So include as much information as possible or add a note to say this will follow on.
We need to understand the number of referrals and booking sent or received. To ensure that (a) infrastructure can support the volume (b) the support model supports the increase in volume. Make sure you consider both the suppliers and providers as suppliers will need incentives to roll this out to customers or providers. There is normally a cost to pay for upgrades or configuration and training. Therefore, unless this is part of any existing contract (provider gets x upgrades free per year) this will need to be factored into the overall business transformation and change. Are there any hard levers you plan to use like policy or contract changes?
