Find details of an organisation

From the Care Identity Management home page, choose 'Find organisation'.

Next search for the name, address or ODS code of the organisation you're looking for.

The results of your search will be displayed. Select 'View organisation' to the right for the organisation you're looking for.

You'll now see the details of the organisation.

Often the reason to look for an organisation's details is to find the Registration Authority for that organisation.

You'll find these details in the Registration Authority tab at the on the organisation details screen.

However, if your organisation is managed by a parent organisation, you may see that there are no details in the Registration Authority tab.

In this case you should select the name of your parent organisation at the top of the page.

You'll now find the details in the Registration Authority tab.
