Reopen a closed user profile
How to reactivate a profile that was closed in the past.
Which roles can do this?
- Registration Authority Manager
- Registration Authority Agent (Advanced)
- Registration Authority Agent
- Sponsor - via request
From the Care Identity Management home page, choose 'Find an existing user'.
Enter the user's details and press Search.
Choose 'View profile' on the right of the screen.
On the user profile screen, if the profile was previously closed you'll see a message at the top including a link to reopen it.
All you have to do is choose the 'Reopen profile' link. You should then see a message that the profile has been reopened.
