Remove a workgroup assignment

Step-by-step guidance on how to remove a workgroup assignment from a user profile.

Which roles can do this?

  • Registration Authority Manager
  • Registration Authority Agent (Advanced)

From the Care Identity Management home page, choose 'Find an existing user'.

Enter the user's details and press Search.

Choose 'View profile' on the right of the screen.

On the user details screen, scroll down to the section at the bottom and choose the 'Workgroups' tab. Each workgroup listed has an 'Remove' option to the right, where you can remove the assignment from the user profile.

After selecting the workgroup you want to remove, you'll see a screen where you can confirm the removal and add any accompanying notes.

When you've finished, select 'Remove' and you'll see a confirmation message.
