Reporting an issue to ESR

If your organisation uses the RA Workbench via ESR, and you need to report a problem with it or with connectivity to the Care Identity Service, you should raise an incident with your local ESR administrator, via the ESR service desk. Find the names of your local ESR administrators (type in your organisation name and select from the results).

Reporting an issue to NHS England

Some issues such as ESR-locked positions should be reported to NHS England’s National Service Desk. You can find a list of ESR-specific incidents that we deal with in our common issues area.

Requesting help to set up ESR / CIS linking

Contact your local ESR administrator (type in your organisation name and select from the results). Ask them to request a new service by following this pathway in the ESR self-service centre:
