Care Identity Management release 7.12

Care Identity Management release 7.12 goes live on 21 February 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes 2 fixes:

• fixed an issue involving legacy format passcodes that can occur while self-renewing smartcard certificates
• fixed an issue where an incorrect page title was displaying in self-service smartcard unlock

The release also includes service infrastructure improvements.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
