Care Identity Management release 7.13

Care Identity Management release 7.13 goes live on 26 February 2025, subject to final testing.

This release includes accessibility improvements across the service. We have made changes to images, headings, tables, links and various issues highlighted by a recently completed internal audit.

The accessibility changes in release 7.13 could cause issues for some users until they have cleared their cache (press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete).

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
