Care Identity Management release 7.16

Care Identity Management release 7.16 goes live on 12 March 2025, subject to final testing.

This release includes further accessibility improvements across the service. These are mainly to error messages, date inputs and page focus behaviours, but include other changes to improve the overall accessibility of the service.

The accessibility changes in release 7.16 could cause issues for some users until they have cleared their cache (press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete).

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
