Care Identity Management release 7.18

Care Identity Management release 7.18 goes live on 19 March 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release contains fixes for a number of minor issues in the service, including:

• closed organisations will now be shown on the 'Manage access' screen
• a fix for duplicate predecessor positions being displayed for some UUIDs

We expect there to be no downtime and users of the service should notice no changes following the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
