Care Identity Management release 7.19

Care Identity Management release 7.19 goes live on 25 March 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes further accessibility improvements across the service, including better presentation of data in tables, fixes to page focus behaviours and error message updates.

The accessibility changes in release 7.19 could cause issues for some users until they have cleared their cache (press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete).

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
