Care Identity Management release 7.20

Care Identity Management release 7.20 goes live on 27 March 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes only a technical change to the service infrastructure, and no change to the user interface.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
