Care Identity Management release 7.23
Planned maintenance release on 9 April 2025.
Release summary
Care Identity Management release 7.23 goes live on 9 April 2025, subject to final testing.
This release includes improvements to workgroups functionality. Registration Authority users can now:
- directly assign workgroups for child organisations
- view all workgroups that are assigned via position to a user
We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
As this release includes changes to the user interface, we recommend you clear your cache if you experience any issues after the release.
Directly assign workgroups for child organisations
Registration Authority users can now directly assign workgroups for child organisations. You can access this through a new link on the 'Add workgroups' screen.
View workgroups assigned via position to a user
Registration Authority users can also now view all workgroups that are assigned via position to a user. This is shown in a new section at the bottom of the workgroups tab of a user profile.

Errors after the release
There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:
- force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
- clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
