Care Identity Management release 7.24

Care Identity Management release 7.24 goes live on 14 April 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes a fix for an issue in reports, where the multiple organisation filter was not working correctly.

It also includes a new filter option in reports. You can now use the multiple organisation filter to exclude results from one or more ODS codes, alongside the existing filter to only show results from one or more ODS codes.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
