Care Identity Management release 7.25

Care Identity Management release 7.25 goes live on 15 April 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes only technical changes to the service infrastructure. We are making improvements to the directory reconciliation process, which ensures changes made in Care Identity Management are correctly applied to the CIS1 and CIS2 directories.

There will be no change to the user interface and we expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
