Care Identity Management release 7.35

Care Identity Management release 7.35 goes live on 28 May 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release adds the ability for users to create a passkey on their own profile. Read step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

Please note this is only available within organisations that have signed up to the CIS2 Authentication passkeys private beta.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
