Care Identity Management release 7.36

Care Identity Management release 7.36 goes live on 2 June 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release includes only backend changes and incident fixes, and users should notice no change to the user interface.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
