Care Identity Management release 7.38

Care Identity Management release 7.38 goes live on 9 June 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release opens passkeys as authenticators to all organisations. Passkeys were previously offered only as part of a private beta.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
