Care Identity Management release 7.46

Planned maintenance release on 30 July 2025.

Release summary

Care Identity Management release 7.46 goes live on 30 July 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release fixes some issues identified with reporting functionality, including:

  • deregistered non-smartcard authenticators appearing in reports
  • some position changes not displaying correctly

The release also adds some backend enhancements to how the service manages reports.

You should not see any changes in the user interface following this release and we expect there to be no downtime.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

  • force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
  • clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
