Care Identity Management release 7.50

Care Identity Management release 7.50 goes live on 26 August 2025, subject to final testing. 

This release fixes an issue where a small number of users have been unable to view requests that they have created themselves.

We expect there to be no downtime during the release.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
