Release summary
Care Identity Management release 7.53 goes live on 11 September 2025, subject to final testing.
This release includes improvements to reports. You can read more details of the changes below.
We expect there to be no downtime during the release.
Easier to navigate between reports
We've improved the visibility of links between report types to make it easier to navigate. Standard hyperlinks have now been changed to buttons to make them more noticeable on screen.
Greater visibility of request notes
We've added a column to the end of the requests dashboard table to display any notes associated with the request. Some users did not know to check for notes in the detailed requests report.
Removed time data from smartcards report
We've removed the time of issue and time of expiry from the smartcards report. Registration Authority users did not find this information useful and removing it reduces screen clutter.

Errors after the release
There is a small chance that after this release, visitors to Care Identity Management may receive a blank screen or loading error. If this happens, please try these steps:
- force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
- clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
