NHS Care Identity Service - Release 11.5

We are releasing an update to CIS Auth services on Wednesday 27 August 2025 between 2pm and 4pm.

There will be no downtime and smartcard authentication is not affected.

This release includes updates to backend alerting and security upgrades.
