Guidance added for users with older versions of Identity Agent installed
In release 10.07 release we have added a message for users who may not have the latest version of Identity Agent installed.
What this means for you
Users of applications using CIS2 Authentication may see a warning message. The message will appear outside of the scheduled outages.
Here's an example of the CIS2 Authentication warning message.

What to do if you see this message
If you see the warning message above or a similar error message, please get in touch with your local IT team to confirm your software is up to date.
If you are a supplier supporting the NHS or responsible for IT at an NHS organisation, and you are contacted about this message, more information is available here.
From Monday 18 August, Care Identity Service will begin phased blocking of traffic to CIS1 Authentication where deprecated TLS (1.0/1.1) is detected.
