Advice and support

Governance of this data set is provided by:

Owning organisation: NHS England

Data Controller: NHS England

Data Processor: NHS England

NHS England provides a variety of functions for the data sets we make available. Therefore, our knowledge and understanding of the data will vary, impacting the level of advice and support we can provide.

In relation to this data set, we make this specific release asset available to allow access to more timely though less complete and assured data. As such, we do not offer a support service to assist with queries relating to the data contained within this asset.

Supporting documentation and guidance

The SUS data flows used to create Hospital Episodes Statistics (HES) data sets will now be used to create these additional un-curated data sets which will offer access to more current data (though less complete and assured).
