Digital first online consultation and video consultation framework

The digital first online consultation and video consultation framework expired on 31 March 2024. This means you can no longer carry out new procurements of solutions and services offered under that framework. 

The NHS England national commercial and procurement hub will continue to provide enhanced advice and support for digital tool contracts. This includes online and video consultation. This is a free to use service for primary care.

The hub can:

• provide advice on available procurement routes
• manage your procurements
• provide support, information, advice and guidance at each step of the way
