Digital tools to support modern ways of working within general practice

Funding through the Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care is available in 2024/25 to support practices to secure digital tools (online consultation, messaging, appointment booking, demand and capacity) as a key part of the move to Modern General Practice.

NHS England is working collaboratively with ICBs, PCNs, practices and the National Commercial and Procurement Hub to ensure they discuss their requirements and can access funding for these enhanced digital tools.
