Digital Staff Passport release 2025.03.6

NHS Digital Staff Passport made updates to the service on 4 March 2025.

We've made backend changes in preparation for trusts to connect the employer portal to external systems (Civica Trac and CLS Totara). The user interface remains the same for now - users will be able to create these connections in a future release.

We've also implemented various fixes and other backend changes.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that, when a release is complete, visitors to Digital Staff Passport may experience an error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5, and on Apple computers this can be Cmd + R)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
