Digital Staff Passport release 2025.1.72

NHS Digital Staff Passport will make changes to the service on 17 January 2025, subject to final testing.

This release includes:

• further changes to the employee self-service portal identity verification section
• various changes to backend functionality to improve the stability of the service

The service will be unavailable from 10.30am to 12.30pm on 17 January 2025.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that, when a release is complete, visitors to Digital Staff Passport may experience an error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl + Shift + Delete
