Digital Staff Passport release 2025.2.30

NHS Digital Staff Passport will make changes to the service on 11 February 2025, subject to final testing.

This release includes:

• improvements to email templates
• a fix for an issue with the way emails are triggered
• a change to how revoked credentials are presented in the service
• a fix for an issue with the issuing of right to work credentials
• various changes to backend functionality to improve the stability of the service

The service will be unavailable from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on 11 February 2025.

Errors after the release

There is a small chance that, when a release is complete, visitors to Digital Staff Passport may experience an error. If this happens, please try these steps:

• force a reload of the page - press Ctrl + F5 (on some computers this can be Fn + F5, and on Apple computers this can be Cmd + R)
• clear your browser's cache - press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Delete
