Accessibility statement for Manage Your Referral

This accessibility statement applies to the Manage Your Referral website, the patient application of the NHS e-Referral Service.

This accessibility statement applies to the Manage Your Referral (MYR) service.

MYR provides an easy way for patients to choose their hospital or clinic with a specialist.

The MYR service is run by NHS England. We are committed to making the service as accessible as possible for persons with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments.

Users are able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of MYR using just a keyboard
  • navigate most of MYR using speech recognition software
  • navigate MYR using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We have also made text as simple as possible to understand.

AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
