Overview

The Health and Social Care Integration (HSCI) Domain Message Specification (DMS) supports the communication requirements of the Assessment, Discharge and Withdrawal Notices Between Hospitals and Social Services Information Standard

We recommend that for ITK Implementations the Interoperability Toolkit Core specification (downloadable from TRUD) is used in conjunction with this DMS.

This component covers message specifications for Assessment and Discharge Notifications under the Care Act 2014 and the associated communications between health care and social care.
