Prescribed Specialised Services (PSO) Tool 2025/26

Download the Prescribed Specialised Services Operational Tool 2025/26 along with supporting documentation, for use in the 2025/26 financial year.

This tool implements the NHS England Identification Rules that have been updated from the PSS Operational Tool 2024/25.
