The Connection Agreement
A legal contract that details how to operate your integrated product or service.
What the connection agreement is
The connection agreement is a legal contract between NHS England and suppliers. It details the terms and conditions of connecting your product or service with NHS England, and what your responsibilities are.
We require suppliers to:
- tell practices using their integrated service about NHS England's acceptable use policy (PDF, 1.1mb)
- update NHS England about new practices using their integrated service, or practices that stop using it
Get the connection agreement
You will be sent an unsigned connection agreement with appendices specific to your product or service.
It will be sent by email after your SCAL has been completed and accepted by NHS England. The email will also contain an address to send the document to, once you have signed it.
PDFs are for review only
You will be sent a custom connection agreement with specific appendices.
