Download the whole promotional pack

It’s easy to download and print our posters and leaflets to promote the NHS App.  You can also share our images on your display screens, social media and website. 

You can use these materials to promote the NHS App in GP surgeries, pharmacies, other healthcare settings, universities, libraries, community groups, charities and anywhere else you can help people learn about the App. 

The zip file below contains

Two A5 leaflets about the NHS App: 

  • the 'Do more with the NHS App' leaflet explains the main features of the App. 

  • the 'Quick start guide provides instructions' on how to download, register and use the NHS App

Two A4 posters: 

  • the 'Do more with the NHS App' poster introduces the App’s main features

  • the 'Need help with the NHS App?' poster shows patients how to get help using the NHS App

You can print the posters and leaflets in black and white or in colour.

For the leaflet you can print the A4 file on both sides of the paper and select flip on short edge in your printer’s options. Fold the page in half to make an A5 leaflet. 

General images:

  • 9 images in different sizes for your website
  • 6 images in different sizes for use on your social media posts
  • a selection of images for you to use on your digital displays, such as waiting room screens or computer

Roll up banner:

  • a 'Do more with the NHS App' roll up banner (this will need to be printed professionally)

Use these example message templates to tell people what the NHS App can do. You can copy these messages to use on your website, social media and other places, where you have the opportunity to introduce the NHS App to your community.

When you open the NHS App you will see your name and NHS number at the top of the screen. 

Boxes under the heading services and your health take you directly into popular areas of the app.

You can use the services area of the app to look after your health by ordering prescriptions or checking appointments.

You can use the your health area to see and manage your health care, personal information and records.

You can also use use the icons at the bottom of the screen to see everything in these two main sections.

Scroll down the screen to see your messages.

You can switch profiles and see the NHS App account of a relative or person you care for.

Promotional video

Our promotional video was created by Norfolk and Waveney ICB and is available in both portrait and landscape view. 

The video is available in different languages with subtitles Including the following languages:

  • British Sign Language (BSL)
