NHS login Roadmap

NHS login is a service that is constantly being developed and improved, and we are regularly adding new features based on research and data insights. The roadmap shows what we are working on right now and what we plan to do in the future, but some of these things may change over time.

• Encouraging more users to create passkeys when they sign up
• Improving the sign-in experience and preventing account duplication with our new landing screen
• Enabling proxy access to medical records for users managing health services for others

• Deletion of any NHS logins (P0 & P5) which haven’t been used for 2 years. (users are notified via email)
• Review of users journeys to identify areas of improvement
• Accessibility improvements
