Request access to Splunk cloud
Guidance on requesting access to NHS Digital Monitoring Services Splunk cloud tool.
Overview
NHS Digital Spunk Cloud has 3 front end access points.

| https://itsi-nhsdigital.splunkcloud.com | Access to ITOC and support for TechOps and Service Desks |
| https://es-nhsdigital.splunkcloud.com | Enterprise Security for DSC (CSOC) |
For access to these areas you will need to be given an appropriate role via the Splunk team. The roles will not give you access across the 3 front ends as each is separated with its own rules and data custodians.
Process
All requests should come from the relevant Data Custodian.
Requests should outline the users by Shortcode and which of the AD roles the user needs to be assigned to and should be sent to: [email protected]

Outcome
A Jira work ticket will be created from the request and progress on the request will then be emailed back to the custodian using the relevant Jira ticket number.
