This accessibility statement is for the Respond to an NHS cyber alert service which has been developed by NHS Digital. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this product, and have designed it to be accessible.

How you can use the Respond to an NHS cyber alert service

This accessibility statement applies to the Respond to an NHS cyber alert service (cyberalerts.digital.nhs.uk) only.

This service is run by NHS Digital. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this service. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • Zoom in without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
  • We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 01 December 2021. It was last reviewed and updated on 01 December  2021.

The Respond to an NHS cyber alert service was last tested in August 2021. The test was carried out by NHS Digital.

In addition, all new functionality is subject to accessibility testing prior to release.
